Floor Care Technician, Special Services

The Floor Care Technician role is onsite in Spokane, WA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. The technician supports specialized cleaning projects for Environment Control, a locally owned commercial cleaning company. The role performs floor, carpet, upholstery, and other special-services cleaning to meet customer quality expectations. It contributes to the team’s service delivery through safe equipment use, efficient work, and reliable completion of assigned projects.

What you'll do

• Perform high-speed floor buffing
• strip and wax hard-surface floors
• extract or encapsulate carpet and clean upholstery
• clean windows
• perform construction cleanup
• load and unload company vans with equipment
• complete other tasks within the Floor Technician position’s scope.
