The Rain Garden Crew Member works onsite in New York, NY, with compensation of $17.75 per hour. The role carries out scheduled maintenance and stewardship work across assigned routes, follows safety and quality standards, documents completed work, and reports site conditions to the field supervisor, supporting green infrastructure that helps reduce flooding and protect neighborhood streets.

What you'll do

• Perform rain garden planting, weeding, watering, sweeping, debris and sediment removal, landscaping, and snow removal according to work plans
• follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
• care for tools and supplies
• log work and take time-stamped before-and-after photos
• report damage, hazards, vandalism, plant issues, and unusual conditions
• interact professionally with the public
• participate in training and check-ins if applicable.
