What you'll do

• Serve members, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues. Process deposits, withdrawals, check verifications, cash and coin requests, and account maintenance
• reconcile cash drawers
• assist with debit and ATM cards, wire transfers, and checkbook orders. Support onboarding and digital banking, assist the Contact Center during high-volume periods, and participate in community events and business development efforts.
