What you'll do

• Manage warehouse personnel, staffing plans, schedules, and training
• direct receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading, returns, and housekeeping
• lead shift huddles
• monitor productivity, order accuracy, inventory, safety, and service
• investigate issues and assign corrective actions
• maintain food safety, quality, security, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with warehouse and cross-functional teams.
