Property Inspector — Vacation Rental Management

Job overview

The Property Inspector role is onsite in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, paying $18–$20 per hour. The inspector helps ensure vacation homes are clean, maintained, and guest-ready by checking properties, coordinating with cleaners, reporting maintenance needs, and delivering guest supplies. The role supports property quality and helps protect homeowners’ investments while preparing for guest arrivals.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned property status
• inspect homes for cleanliness and guest readiness
• report maintenance and repair needs
• communicate with team members, homeowners, vendors, and guests
• deliver linens and housewares
• coordinate with housekeeping on quality and inventory
• perform light maintenance
• and conduct routine maintenance on bicycles and golf carts.
