What you'll do

• Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
• track time and materials in FieldAware using a company-issued iPad
• update customers on repair status and estimated timeframes
• maintain the company service vehicle and shop environment
• participate in a weekly after-hours on-call rotation
• assist technicians with installations and parts delivery.
