HVAC Assistant Service Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• coordinate technician schedules, assignments, and service priorities
• support efficient operations and service delivery
• monitor workmanship, performance, and customer satisfaction
• ensure materials and equipment are available
• review departmental reports and payroll records
• conduct job-site visits and inspections
• support dispatch operations.
