What you'll do

• record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed
• assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• respond to call lights
• report observations and changes to licensed nursing staff
• document care
• follow infection-control and safety guidelines
• make routine rounds
• provide companionship and restorative support.
