What you'll do

• Clean and maintain interior areas
• support grounds maintenance and exterior repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance and documentation
• prepare apartments for resident move-ins, including patching, painting, and flooring work
• maintain fire-safety and emergency records
• inspect apartments for hazards
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance on building systems
• track tasks and work orders in building-management software
• repair janitorial equipment and facilities
• communicate with staff and residents’ families as needed.
