What you'll do

• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and support fitness, spa, and pool personnel
• oversee group fitness and wellness programs
• develop year-round activities and events
• conduct fitness assessments as appropriate
• provide personal training as needed, approximately 10–20% of responsibilities
• maintain activity calendars
• support promotional materials
• address member concerns
• enforce facility rules
• inspect and maintain facilities and equipment
• assist with departmental budgets.
