What you'll do

• Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas
• perform electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance, window, and lock repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• complete unit turnovers
• maintain tools and work areas
• track work orders and communicate status to the manager
• perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
• respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes
• document incidents
• assist other properties as needed.
