Lead Client Service Representative

The Lead Client Service Representative role is onsite at Lake Forest Animal Hospital in Forest, VA. Compensation is $13–$17 per hour, commensurate with licensure and experience. The lead representative coordinates reception operations and client service from check-in through check-out, while guiding the client service team and coordinating with clinical staff. What you'll do

• Model client service standards
• resolve escalated client issues
• coordinate patient flow and information sharing with technicians and doctors
• maintain reception area
• guide, onboard, train, and mentor CSRs
• support hiring and scheduling
• oversee appointment accuracy, patient records, charge capture, financial transactions, deposits, and end-of-day reports
• support inventory, product sales, prescription processing, and hospital initiatives.
