HVAC Service Supervisor

Job overview

The HVAC Service Supervisor role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with compensation of $95,000–$120,000 per year plus an annual bonus incentive. What you'll do

• Manage equipment, materials, tools, costs, staffing, and field operations
• review job documents and communicate work scope
• participate in service-operation reviews
• coordinate schedules and job closeout
• respond to customer concerns and communicate system information
• train and mentor technicians, apprentices, and interns
• support technician skill development and safety training
• audit staff performance and recommend personnel actions.
