What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients
• continuously monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and hemodynamic parameters
• administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments under physician orders and ICU protocols
• manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
• collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
• educate patients and families.
