What you'll do

• Supervise mechanics, electricians, and electromechanics across plants
• coordinate plant maintenance and calibration/instrumentation work
• requisition materials and services
• troubleshoot production equipment and address PLC and Panel View programming issues
• handle supervisory and administrative tasks, overtime control, evaluations, disciplinary actions, attendance, and budget control
• ensure work areas are clean and staff follow GMP, food-safety, and safety standards
• report safety and food-quality concerns.
