What you'll do

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of fiber-optic, laser, and electro-optic technologies
• develop fiber-optic devices and harnesses
• serve as an optical systems subject-matter expert for the Power and Data Division
• design, build, test, and troubleshoot optical and imaging systems
• develop precision alignment methods
• use Zemax to design and optimize systems
• create processes and documentation
• support laser safety classification and equipment procurement.
