The attorney provides legal support across commercial transactions, governance, operations, and disputes, helping the business manage its legal obligations and move transactions forward. The role works closely with Sales, Services, Finance, Marketing, Partner teams, and the broader legal team.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate software license, consulting, SaaS, and other commercial agreements
• lead business operations calls and advise business teams
• improve legal processes and standard contract terms
• support corporate governance, audit, tax/treasury, HR/employment relations disputes, and real estate matters
• contribute to legal team knowledge-sharing, newsletters, and training
• support global legal projects and coordinate with outside counsel
• monitor legal and regulatory changes.
