Dietary Aide — 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

The Dietary Aide role is full-time and onsite in Falls Church, VA, with a 6:30 AM–2:30 PM schedule. Pay is $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Vierra’s St. Elizabeth’s Rehab and Nursing Center provides health and rehabilitation services for residents. The aide supports resident and patient care by preparing and serving meals according to portion and timing procedures, assisting with meal delivery, and maintaining clean, orderly food-service areas.

What you'll do

• Serve appetizing meals according to portion-control procedures and on time
• complete assigned cleaning of worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and mop floors as directed
• wash dishes, utensils, and cooking items
• remove garbage and keep work areas clean, dry, and hazard-free
• set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas
• collect and distribute menus
• check dietary trays and deliver food carts to designated areas
• return carts and trays to the dishwashing area.
