• Lead the Arrive Fresh Client Success Department
• connect client success with technology, capacity, finance, and business development
• establish SOPs and program designs for temperature-controlled operations
• develop after-hours processes with leadership
• manage forecasting and team accountability for volume, margin, and revenue
• support customer RFPs and spot requests
• train the team
• drive platform adoption and automation
• manage implementations and logistics solutions
• resolve customer escalations
• ensure adherence to FSMA, STF, and PACA requirements.
