What you'll do

• Assist with food functions as directed
• serve meals according to portion-control procedures
• set up trays, carts, and dining areas
• deliver food carts and trays
• prepare and deliver snacks as directed
• clean kitchen surfaces, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and mop
• wash utensils and dishes
• remove trash
• maintain food storage and supplies
• follow safety, hygiene, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.
