What you'll do

• Manage water mitigation and mold remediation projects from start to completion
• assess job-site conditions
• develop scopes of work
• lead crews
• set up and monitor drying equipment in accordance with IICRC standards
• coordinate schedules and timelines
• communicate with customers, team members, and leadership
• document activities and project updates in the company CRM
• and perform hands-on work when needed. Maintain safe, organized job sites.
