• Own the product roadmap for Amazon Connect voice self-service
• define requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• design IVR and conversational AI customer journeys
• partner with engineering on deployment
• and guide LLM-powered voice experiences. Coordinate with UX, Operations, Compliance, Architecture, AWS, and engineering
• prioritize the backlog
• participate in testing, UAT, production readiness, and rollout planning
• analyze interaction data
• and align solutions with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
