The Director of Quality Management Systems and Compliance role is onsite in Dayton, Ohio, and covers all Enjet Aero locations. Compensation is not specified. Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet-engine parts, components, and assemblies for commercial, defense, and general aviation customers. The director develops and maintains the organization’s quality management system and leads compliance efforts across locations. Through audits, metrics, corrective actions, training, and process improvement, the role supports consistent quality performance and production requirements in aerospace manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Lead design, implementation, and continual improvement of the QMS to meet AS9100, AS13100, and customer-specific requirements
• develop compliance metrics, KPIs, and reporting
• serve as liaison during third-party audits, customer assessments, and regulatory inspections
• facilitate root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions
• guide cross-functional teams on compliance, process controls, procedures, and documentation
• oversee gage calibration
• update quality documentation
• develop and deliver training
• advise executive leadership on quality initiatives and improvement opportunities.
