Quality Assurance Lead

The Quality Assurance Lead role is full-time and onsite in New Kensington, PA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. AM&M manufactures precision components for industries including defense, nuclear, pump and hydraulic, and robotics. The lead guides the inspection team and performs precision measurement and quality checks to verify that manufactured parts meet drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. The role documents nonconformances and works with production teams on corrective actions and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor inspectors
• operate and program manual and CNC coordinate measuring machines
• interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• use inspection tools and CMM software
• conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections
• document nonconformances and collaborate on corrective actions
• maintain records and reports
• support safety and process improvements.

Why this role
