What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures, policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• respond calmly and professionally to incidents and disturbances
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property damage, and policy violations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with tenants, visitors, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
