• Lead project management, field operations, scheduling, resource planning, and project controls
• develop operational strategies and monitor KPIs
• review portfolio and project financial performance and forecasts
• lead monthly WIP reviews
• oversee active construction projects and resource allocation
• monitor schedules and milestones
• establish change management and risk mitigation processes
• champion safety and OSHA compliance
• maintain quality standards
• develop client and industry relationships
• recruit, mentor, and develop operational staff.
