What you'll do

• Prepare and present profit and loss reports
• oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations
• train department heads on labor management systems
• implement and monitor financial control procedures
• coordinate audits
• monitor cash flow, working capital, and tax obligations
• support budgets, strategic plans, and forecasts
• issue management reports
• recruit, develop, and review accounting staff
• represent the Director of Finance when absent.
