The Seasonal Support Associate – Back of House role is onsite in Central Valley, NY, at Frette’s Woodbury Commons boutique. Compensation is $18 per hour, for up to 29 hours per week. Frette makes luxury linens for hotels, residences, yachts, and other exceptional spaces. The associate supports boutique operations through inventory control, stockroom upkeep, shipping and receiving, and store maintenance, while flexing to front-of-house needs. The role also contributes to customer experience through sales transactions, client outreach, and adherence to the boutique’s service and operating standards.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, adjustments, and discrepancy reporting
• coordinate transfers, damages, fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, and receiving
• maintain product storage and stockroom organization
• support customer transactions and client outreach
• maintain visual standards
• perform stockroom and store maintenance
• complete opening and closing procedures
• partner with store leadership and other teams on operational priorities.
