Resident Assistant — Morning Shift

The Resident Assistant role is onsite in West Saint Paul, MN, with a listed pay range of $19–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in individualized service agreements
• support residents’ independence and provide physical and emotional support
• assist with treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse under the service agreement
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the case manager
• provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate
• complete daily documentation, service schedules, flow sheets, and communication records.
