The Toddler Classroom Lead Teacher role is onsite in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The Goddard School provides an early education experience using its Wonder of Learning curriculum to support young children's development. The lead teacher plans and leads age-appropriate activities, maintains a safe and nurturing classroom, and observes and documents children's learning. The role supports children's growth through positive guidance and communication with families, while collaborating with assistant and resource teachers.

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
