What you'll do

• Coordinate, organize, and supervise VITA site operations from site establishment through the filing season. Ensure volunteers have appropriate tax-preparation certifications and follow site procedures, the IRS Volunteer Standard of Conduct, and Quality Site Requirements. Coordinate volunteer coverage, supplies, and equipment
• liaise with volunteers, site sponsors, stakeholders, and partners
• compile statistical reports
• collaborate with interpreters on special sites as needed
• and help organize a volunteer recognition event after filing season.
