What you'll do
- Build one-to-one relationships with residents
- manage and track permanent-housing applications
- coordinate documentation with social-service staff
- accompany residents to interviews or tours where appropriate
- provide information about housing options, crisis intervention, and post-placement coordination
- protect resident rights
- support compliant application packets, database entry, reporting, and team communication.
