Manager, Prospect Research

What you'll do

• Research individuals, corporations, and foundations with major-gift capacity and philanthropic interest
• use internal and external databases, wealth-screening tools, and public sources to prepare profiles and briefs
• partner with fundraising teams
• prepare reports and briefing materials
• track prospect interactions, solicitations, outcomes, and portfolio activity
• maintain CRM data integrity and screening data
• train staff on research processes and database tools
• manage relationships with third-party research platform vendors
• analyze financial information and wealth indicators.
