Brand Manager, Innovation

The Brand Manager, Innovation role is hybrid, with an expectation of three days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. The annual base compensation range is $115,000–$140,000. The Brand Manager leads innovation projects from planning through execution, connecting consumer and market opportunities with business priorities. The role coordinates cross-functional partners, research, business cases, budgets, and launch-related work to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead innovation, PPA, line-extension, network optimization, and COG optimization initiatives
• lead packaging and integrated marketing efforts
• develop business cases and stage-gate documents
• build demand and supply plans with brand and commercial partners
• participate in research initiatives
• manage innovation budgets
• help optimize Stage Gate processes and WOW
• develop sales presentation materials with commercial, brand, and category management partners
• support corporate values and culture initiatives.
