What you'll do

• Direct and supervise crew members

• monitor staffing and labor costs
• train crew members and provide performance feedback
• complete administrative duties and daily paperwork
• perform opening or closing duties as directed
• follow and model company policies and procedures
• support sales, profits, and cost control.
