What you'll do

• Review administrative records and develop legal bases for challenges to agency decisions
• research and analyze immigration issues in federal court
• draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• prepare and argue matters before federal judges
• oversee the litigation docket and other litigation attorneys
• represent clients in complex investment-based removal proceedings
• present litigation options
• supervise a litigation paralegal
• support marketing and business development
• communicate with clients about case procedures and processing
• partner with colleagues on client matters.
