What you'll do

• Review the Compliance Plan, Risk Management Plan, and relevant regulations
• track regulatory updates and support employee training revisions
• assist with quarterly risk assessments, regulatory submissions, patient safety reports, claims, and patient complaints
• review policies and procedures and coordinate updates with departments
• support and conduct audits and risk assessments
• analyze findings and incident reports, identify deficiencies and trends, and recommend corrective actions
• inform the manager of non-compliance
• monitor corrective action plans
• respond to external audit, subpoena, and insurance information requests
• assist with corrective action plans and responses to information requests.
