What you'll do

• Prepare cold foods and cook using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
• expedite orders
• monitor food quality and safety
• maintain kitchen inventory and use FIFO rotation
• prepare dinner items before service
• assist with training kitchen personnel on temperature control and sanitation
• and complete additional duties as requested by management.
