What you'll do
- Monitor street operations for on-time performance and route adherence.
- Conduct site checks and road observations.
- Respond to accidents and incidents to collect information and minimize disruptions.
- Perform wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness checks.
- Assist dispatch and maintenance with field vehicle change-outs.
