The Teacher’s Assistant role is onsite in Springdale, AR; compensation is not specified. Kids Unlimited Learning Academy and Miracle Kids Success Academy serve children with developmental delays and disabilities in a child-centered learning environment. Working alongside classroom teachers and other professionals, the assistant supports children’s learning, development, and daily routines. Individualized encouragement and structured activities help children build cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills and prepare for greater independence.

What you'll do

• Assist classroom teachers with lessons, activities, and routines
• create positive learning experiences
• support children’s cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor development
• provide individualized encouragement
• maintain a safe, organized classroom
• actively supervise children
• collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families
• celebrate milestones and support preparation for greater independence.
