What you'll do

• Oversee finance and accounting operations
• develop financial strategies and forecasts with executive leadership
• manage general ledger, payables, receivables, billing, collections, payroll oversight, banking, purchasing, and reporting
• maintain GAAP policies and internal controls
• direct annual budgeting
• monitor grants and funding compliance
• prepare required financial reports
• oversee revenue cycle metrics and collections
• analyze reimbursement and medical cost data
• lead and develop finance staff.
