What you'll do

• Assist and shadow field engineers diagnosing problems and performing preventive maintenance
• attend in-house training with modality leaders
• work toward performing preventive maintenance independently during the first 60 days
• operate equipment and mechanical devices safely
• follow departmental policies and procedures
• provide customer service.
