The Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) is an onsite role based in Grand Rapids, MI, supporting the Hope Network Behavioral Health residential programs. Compensation is $17.84 per hour, and this role supports individuals in building daily living skills and independence. This position exists to provide direct support, supervision, and person-centered care to residents. The ARI models positive behaviors and assists with daily living activities to help residents reach their highest level of community integration.
