What you'll do

• Build referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations
• lead intake for new families
• recruit, hire, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
• oversee staffing and scheduling to match clients with clinicians
• deliver in-person clinical training and support when needed
• set clinical quality and supervision standards
• partner with company leadership on regional growth strategy.
