The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite role based in Trumbauersville, PA, with compensation ranging from $260,000 to $350,000 per year. This position supports the Pennsylvania branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials. The role exists to lead high-volume distribution operations by coaching managers, solving operational challenges, and driving excellence. The director contributes to the company's goals by ensuring high levels of productivity, safety, and service across a 2.5 million square foot facility.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees.
