Senior Mechanical Project Manager — Nationwide Travel

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is based near Tucson, AZ, with nationwide travel to commercial project sites. Compensation is $130,000–$180,000 per year. What you'll do

• Travel nationwide to manage commercial mechanical projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• lead buyout, procurement, and local subcontractor/vendor setup
• manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field leadership
• oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• enforce safety and quality standards.
