What you'll do

• Lead and participate in collective bargaining preparation and negotiations
• manage union relationships, grievances, arbitration preparation, and contract administration
• advise site leaders on employee relations and performance matters
• support organizational design, workforce and succession planning, compensation guidance, recruiting, training, and HR operations
• ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements
• support audits and leave processes.
