What you'll do

• Drive personal and store sales goals while delivering customer service
• support Brand Manager duties and act as manager on duty
• assist with recruiting, training, and associate development
• partner with clinical services
• review performance reports
• coordinate with the Support Center and Human Resources
• support lab production
• perform simple customer repairs and assemble lenses into frames
• monitor delivery commitments and lab standards.
