What you'll do
- Respond to daytime emergencies at offsite locations
- perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
- maintain equipment and make minor repairs using power and hand tools
- perform minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, lamp-changing, and drywall tasks
- maintain logs, conduct rounds, and complete work orders, tests, and inspections
- communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
