The Awake Overnight Caregiver role is onsite in Albert Lea, MN, with a scheduled Sunday overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and possible additional daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. Freedom Home Care provides one-on-one support to an individual living with a traumatic brain injury. The caregiver helps maintain the client’s safety, comfort, and independence by following individualized routines and care plans, assisting with personal care and daily activities, and monitoring and documenting changes. The role also provides companionship and reassurance, supports safe mobility and transfers, and may include light housekeeping and other assigned tasks.

Why this role

Sunday awake overnight hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM; additional daytime shifts may be available. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required. Caregiving experience preferred; TBI or neurological-condition experience is a plus, not required. Includes approximately 10 hours of required unpaid online pre-employment training and paid in-person orientation.
